We aim to process applications as quickly as possible, often within a short timeframe. Processing times can vary depending on the number of applications and reference checks required.

Yes, you can book inspections directly through each rental listing. If no inspection time is available, you can register your interest and be notified when new times are scheduled.

Pets may be considered for rental properties, subject to the owner’s approval and in accordance with relevant legislation.

In NSW and QLD, tenants can request to keep a pet, and each request is assessed on a case-by-case basis. Approval is not automatic and may be subject to reasonable conditions. It is encouraged to discuss your pet request with our team as part of your application.
