Tahlia Hindley is the dedicated Office Manager at Tate Brownlee Real Estate and was proudly recognised as a Top 3 Finalist for the REB Innovation Awards – Assistant/Sales Support. Since joining the team as Personal Assistant to Directors Kristen Merrion and Tate Brownlee, Tahlia has seamlessly flourished into her current leadership role, where she plays a pivotal part in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the business. Her exceptional organisational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and unwavering dedication make her an invaluable asset across both the sales and property management divisions.

Tahlia’s impact has been instrumental in key milestones for the business, including the successful brand changeover in 2021, where her resourcefulness and precision ensured a seamless transition. Despite being new to real estate at the time, she adapted with ease, quickly becoming a trusted support and leader within the team.

Beyond her professional contributions, Tahlia has completed a Psychology degree at Griffith University, reflecting her commitment to growth, discipline, and continuous learning. Her academic background enhances her natural ability to foster strong relationships and contribute positively to the team culture. Her kind-hearted nature and approachable personality have made her a beloved presence within the office, further strengthening the supportive and collaborative environment at TBRE.

Outside of work, Tahlia enjoys exploring new destinations with her Fiance, Zac, on road trips, creating meaningful memories along the way. She also values moments of quiet relaxation, often with a book in hand under the sun.
