Before stepping into the property industry, Pearce spent 13 years as a professional AFL player with the Brisbane Lions and Gold Coast Suns, including serving as Vice-Captain of the Lions. Competing at the highest level shaped his strong work ethic, resilience and ability to perform under pressure, while developing the leadership and communication skills that continue to underpin his approach today.

Following his AFL career, Pearce moved into sales and business development, successfully launching, growing and leading three profitable fitness studios over six years. From lead generation and marketing through to sales strategy, client retention and team leadership, Pearce has been hands-on in building businesses and creating exceptional customer experiences.

At the heart of Pearce’s approach is a genuine passion for people. He believes strong relationships, clear communication and consistent follow-through are the foundations of great results. Competitive by nature but always focused on the bigger picture, Pearce brings energy, discipline and a team-first mentality to everything he does.
