Tate Brownlee has been in the franchise real estate industry for more than 18 years, bringing with him a wealth of local knowledge, experience and understanding for his community.

Over the last 12 years

Tate and Kristen grew their award winning franchise real estate agency to be one of the most successful offices in the Northern Rivers.

This included being ranked no 1 office in QLD and Northern Rivers for results compared to all their other offices.

Going out on their own and starting Tate Brownlee Real Estate has allowed Tate and Kristen the freedom to lead and grow their real estate company without the limitations of a franchise company.

We opened a second office in 2023 at Casuarina as part of our expansion into the Tweed Coast property market. This was part of a plan to create new opportunities for locals with a fresh and unique approach in the sales process. This is supported by our successful sales strategy that has generated well over a thousand sales.
